Current Storage Processes and Protection
As at writing, iTrade utilises the servers of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and others to host and protect your data. AWS, at time of publishing, advise that all their service providing’s are GDPR compliant. iTrade utilises Northern and Southern Hemisphere AWS servers with data mirroring so that should a disaster occur in one location our service can continue. In addition, iTrade copies all data on a daily basis and stores it in a 3rd country on a non-AWS server. We believe we adhere to industry best practice for the protection of our user’s data and for the continuity of service.

Special situations may require disclosure of your data.
To operate the service, we also may make identifiable and anonymous information available to third parties in these limited circumstances:
1. with your express consent,
2. when we have a good faith belief it is required by law,
3. when we have a good faith belief it is necessary to protect our rights or property, or
4. to any successor or purchaser in a merger, acquisition, liquidation, dissolution or sale of assets. Your consent will not be required for disclosure in these cases, but we will attempt to notify you, to the extent permitted by law to do so.
Please read our Terms and Conditions
